Booking and availability
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as possible. At least three weeks is recommended so themed animals and add-ons can be ordered in time.
Is there a minimum?
The standard hosted experience has a 10-participant minimum unless a custom arrangement is approved.
Can I add guests later?
Usually, with advance notice and available inventory. Matching the original stuffed-animal selection cannot be guaranteed.
Events, timing, and service area
What events do you serve?
Birthdays, schools, daycares, sleepovers, fundraisers, churches, corporate celebrations, festivals, community events, and more.
How long is the experience?
Most workshops last approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the guest count and selected activities.
Where do you travel?
CuddleQueen serves Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and surrounding North Carolina communities. Travel fees may apply.
Stuffed-animal selections
Do you offer more than teddy bears?
Yes! Selections may include bears, puppies, unicorns, dinosaurs, farm animals, jungle animals, sea animals, fantasy creatures, and seasonal favorites.
Can the animals match my theme?
Absolutely. Share your event theme during booking and we will recommend coordinating options.
Are licensed characters available?
CuddleQueen does not promise copyrighted character plush. We can suggest non-licensed animals and colors that complement your theme.
Quality and guest experience
What quality are the stuffed animals?
We select soft, child-friendly stuffed animals from trusted suppliers and inspect materials before each event.
Does every guest participate?
Yes. Each registered participant chooses an animal and joins the stuffing, wish-heart, naming, and birth-certificate activities.
Are substitutions possible?
If an item becomes unavailable, CuddleQueen will offer a similar option of equal value after contacting the client.
